Set high on Richmond Hill this Victorian warehouse structure provided many challenges during its transition to 8 residences. The primary challenge was to design around the original heritage fabric of the building whilst maintaining its structural integrity. The original building was compartmentalized according to its structural bays to form 7 tri-level attached residences. An additional brand new residence was then attached to the west end of the structure on a site previously occupied by a single storey brick outbuilding. 16 car parks are provided in a semi-basement which replaced a bluestone cellar.
