Set on the tranquil banks of the Yarra River, this project which involves 31 attached residences occupies a 2500 sqm site that was previously occupied by warehouse buildings. The master plan involves four banks of townhouses that tier down the site to the river’s edge, creating a small harmonious community. Natural materials such as zinc, cedar, and stone are used to reflect the adjacent natural environment. Zinc patterns on the buildings facade hints of the surrounding street grids and local urban network.
