project overview

West Melbourne is a suburb undergoing strong urban gentrification. This multi-residential architectural project involved converting an existing 3 level commercial office building into a six level multi-residential building containing 42 residential apartments and a convenience store. An architectural bronze aluminum veil shrouds the building to provide identity and shading.

Complex fire engineered architectural solutions were adopted to ease construction complexity and cost.
